About The Local Pen
Professional, personal and local.
The Local Pen was created to make notarization more accessible for people who value responsive communication and the convenience of a notary who travels to them.
Meet Charlotte
A steady hand for important moments.
Charlotte serves individuals, families, property owners and local businesses throughout San Pablo and nearby East Bay communities. Each appointment is handled with patience, privacy and careful attention to identity and signing requirements.
Mobile service is especially helpful when travel is inconvenient—whether the signer is at home, at work, in a hospital or living in a senior community. For those who prefer to visit, office appointments are available at 2089 Vale Road, Suite 24 in San Pablo.
